What is a PAC?

PAC is short for Proxy Auto Configuration and it helps to apply proxy address and proxy bypass list easily. AIONCLOUD uses this PAC to connect to the nearest SWG from the user’s location.

What filters are available in the SWG?

AIONCLOUD’s SWG provides URL filters, content filters (filtered by keywords), file extension filters, and category filters (filtered by the site characteristics). A total of 65 categories are provided, which are synced with our Cloud Center (AILabs) to be updated regularly. Users can also add URL’s to a designated category.
