It might be a cliché, but time feels like it's flying.
It's already in the last week of March...
When I was in middle and high school, I wanted to graduate quickly and become an adult, but I think I thought time went by very slowly.
I didn't know time went this fast... It's a fast time, so I'll try to have fun every moment.
Then, as it is the last week of March, I will introduce you to the compliment relay runner of March.
The March Compliment Relay runner is Ky Kim, a senior researcher at ADVANTAPP institute.
Q1. How long have you been at ADVANTAPP (MONITORAPP) and what do you do?
Since joining MONITORAPP in 2014 and founding the ADVANTAPP subsidiary, I've been working on business insight planning and development, as well as communication space with customers and partners. In addition, my beautiful appearance is also working hard for a beautiful office mood. Lol 👸🏻 * ADVANTAPP is a subsidiary of MONITORAPP, which is in the business of business solutions.
Q2. You've been at MONITORAPP and ADVANTAPP for quite some time now, and I'd like to ask you to tell us a little bit about the culture and mood.
First of all, I think the mood of the company is always bright and hopeful thanks to our steady growth. As new members with enterprising mindsets have joined the company, the mood has changed a lot to be more active in the growth of the company and personal growth. If this mood is maintained, I think MONITORAPP will become an even bigger company soon. 👧🏻
Q3.(So, back to the Compliment Relay story.) How does it feel to be a Compliment Relay runner?
Receiving a compliment is always an ego-boosting, feel-good feeling that could make a whale dance. However, I felt sorry because I was in a position where I was sometimes bitter and whipped to foster employees.When I was first selected as a compliment relay runner, I was confused with indescribable emotions, but I will just think of good things and be happy as much as I want. Thank you. ☺
Q4. Then, which point do you think is the reason why you were chosen as a compliment relay runner?
The bright and confident energy of Hyerin from the Marketing Department, who was selected as a compliment relay runner,
inspired me to make more active efforts to collaborate, and I think she saw that in a positive way.
When I'm asked a question, I try to answer it to the best of my knowledge, and when they give me business suggestions, I try to take them into consideration. Of course, there are times when I may not have the right answer, and there are times when I may not be able to contribute to your work, but I hope you feel free to reach out to me whenever you need me.
Q5. What are your goals for ADVANTAPP in 2023?
It is my personal goal this year to lead all members of the ADVANTAP institute to fully enhance their personal capabilities.
In addition, we are working on a project in a different field and a different development languagethat we have not done so far, and we hope that it will be completed well.
Q6. What would you like to see ADVANTAPP and MONITORAPP grow into in the medium to long term?
As far as I know, it will be listed soon, and I hope it will become a company that pursues continuous development without losing its original intentions even after listing.
I hope that we will grow further and become the No. 1 in the global cyber security industry based on listing. In addition, ADVANTAPP hopes that all members will be active in the company's growth and become a proud companythat achieves super-expensive growth beyond its parent company.
Q7. What are the two keywords that you recommend joining ADVANTAPP and MONITORAPP?
