Hello. We're MONITORAPP.
It's time to introduce the second installment of the Compliment Relay, which started in January and has already moved on to February.
In the meantime, if the beginning of spring has passed and the fine dust improves a little in the weather running to spring, it seems that it is not far away to see a sunny day. :)
Last time, we introduced the first compliment relay of the year, an interview with Jaehyung Yoo from the Technical Support Team in Product Management.
For the second compliment relay, I'd like to introduce you to Hyerin Kim, who works in the Contents Creation team in the Marketing Division.

Q1. How long have you been working at MONITORAPP?
And can you tell us a little bit about your role?
I haven't been at MONITORAPP for that long, actually.
I joined the company in October last year, so I guess it's been four months now.
I'm currently working in the Contents Creation team in the Marketing Department,
and I'm in charge of designing the final touches for CI, BI, etc. for MONITORAPP and its affiliates.
Q2. If you've been working for four months, it may be difficult to grasp all the parts of MONITORAPP yet.
Still, can you introduce the culture and atmosphere of MONITORAPP that you've felt so far?
When I joined the company, I had my own preconceived notion that IT companies would be a bit rigid, so I had a lot of worries before joining.
However, contrary to my worries, it seems that we have a flexible organizational culture and a culture that promotes work in an active and proactive atmosphere.
Also, as a contents creation team, I think an open mind is important, and the CEO's mindset is like that, so the design seems to be going smoothly.
Q3.You've been selected as the second runner-up for Compliment Relay, how does it feel?
I've only been with the company for about four months, but I'm so grateful that you chose me
when there are so many others who are more diligent and passionate than me.
It's a reminder to work even harder, and I'll try to live up to it.
Q4. Which part do you think is the reason why you were chosen as a compliment relay runner?
It's hard to say which part in particular, but I think it's partly because I enjoy my work.
I'm doing a job that I love, and as they say, 'if you can't avoid it, enjoy it', so I think I just enjoyed it.
However, I didn't just enjoy it by myself, but because I had a team leader who created an environment where I could enjoy it,
a CEO who always respected my opinions, and MONITORAPP employees who always supported me.
So I think that's why I was able to enjoy it so much without reciprocating.
What are your goals for MONITORAPP in 2023?
My goal is to create a level of quality and CI & BI unity that is not limited to 2023, but also to my area of work, which is design.
I want to do my best to make it so that you can say, "Who made this? What kind of company is this?
Finally, how would you like to see MONITORAPP grow in the future?
And what do you wish for MONITORAPP?
I would love for MONITORAPP to be a wannabe company for everyone, as I'm sure it would be for any member of any company.
However, I know that all of our employees are doing their best to make us a wannabe company and not rest on our laurels, so I think we're not far off.
I hope MONITORAPP will have a great year in 2023.
