Today was the new entrants training program, which is held every quarter.

MONITORAPP is constantly hiring talented people through rolling recruitment, so as I briefly mentioned last time, we are conducting new entrants training every three months.

A total of 8 people who joined MONITORAPP between February and April 2023 attended the training, and Mr. Kwanghoo Lee, CEO of MONITORAPP,

spoke about the business status, management philosophy, and direction of MONITORAPP.

In addition, HR introduced the basic virtues, HR system, and culture of MONITORAPP under the category of MONITORAPP Life Guide, and delivered the elements that employees should have and know as employees.

Finally, it was an important time to recognize the importance of security again through the Security Class, which can raise awareness of security as an IT security company.

In the new entrants training, information about the important factors and directions of the organization is delivered in a compact manner.
