Hello, We're MONITORAPP.
This is the first article in July, the beginning of the second half of 2023.We are still experiencing hot and humid weather due to the rainy season, but let's look forward to the upcoming summer vacation season. :)
In June, as I mentioned in the last post, we held an event with the theme of 'Photo shoot contest with colleague'. MONITORAPP conducts photo shoot contest with collection twice a year in the first and second half of the year. The purpose is to feel the importance of being with a colleague as a simple event when it is easy to forget the importance of being next to you every day when you go to work.
In the first half of this year, many employees sent us photos, and six of them were selected as the first, second, and third place winners through online voting by all employees. Let's take a look at them.1st place (a pair of soju ~ one photo~)

The definition of organizational culture may vary slightly from organization to organization, but it seems to have an essential purpose of creating work efficiency (effectiveness).
It will be using various tools and systems for an environment that can create maximum efficiency and effectiveness, right?
