It is early September when the season, which was rapidly turning into autumn, became hot as if summer had returned.

These days, the weather seems to be unpredictable and ever-changing.

As we have often mentioned in our blogs, MONITORAPP is a company that grows steadily with potential and is working from various perspectives to help all members share the trickle-down effects of this growth.

For example, organizational growth can lead to expanding individual work experience and strengthening competencies,

and creating a satisfying work environment and environment for employees to immerse themselves in their work.

From this point of view, it seems that the most important factor is to have constant communication and dialogue between the organization and employees to share each other's needs, desires, and thoughts.

In fact, as an organization continues to grow, the number of members increases and the hierarchy becomes more fragmented,

making it difficult for the communication pipeline to function properly.

Even in these situations, organizations must continue to think about how to keep communication flowing.

One of the methods we utilize at MONITORAPP is the company-wide meeting.

MONITORAPP has been holding company-wide meetings since last year to ensure smooth communication and sharing of thoughts,

and we are using them as a foundation for MONITORAPP's growth by identifying the honest and unrefined thoughts and needs of our employees.

There are two principles that we consider to be the most important in running these meetings.
