Hello, We're MONITORAPP.

We're just over a month away from 2023. We hope you're enjoying the end of the year.

As you may know from your regular visits to our blog,

MONITORAPP holds an annual 'Photo contest with colleagues' where employees can submit photos of their strong bonds with their colleagues

and reward them through online voting.

​

There are people who sometimes ask us, "Is there a reason why you run a photo contest twice a year?"

My answer is: "The most important thing for happiness in life is 'good relationships.'" :)

The 'good relationship' is said to be the most important value for happiness in Harvard University's adult development study, which has been conducted longitudinally for about 80 years.

The research is still going on...

Many of us spend half of our waking hours at work, not including sleep.

So it seems like having "good relationships" with colleagues is a really important area for us and our happiness.

Of course, I hope this positive part will be a driving force for the growth of the organization. :)

Let's take a look at the winners of the second half of the 'Photo contest with colleague'.

As a result of the online vote, "We are friendly enough to go to the movies together" received the most votes (44.4%),

followed by "Linkedin list" and "best friends" in second place.

And here are the three third place winners.

Two photos were selected from the in-house trekking club ("Trekking on the forest bathing trail in Seoul Grand Park", "as soon as you step on it") and "Autumn Love Nature Food" from the workshop last fall.

Can you feel the invisible influence of 'good relationship' with your colleagues in the photos?

I hope that the various activities between colleagues will play a positive role as a good relationship that creates happiness :)

Then, we will come back to the photo contest again next year to foster good relationships with many employees.
