The Year of the Dragon 2024 has finally dawned. (Ta-da)
How'd you do over the holidays, leading up to the end of the year?
I'm sure you had a relaxing time with your loved ones, enjoying good cheer and catching up with each other. :)
MONITORAPP had a year-end party with employees on the 20th of last month (Wednesday) to reflect on the meaning of 2023,
and on the 2nd (today), we shared our hopes and aspirations for 2024 with the opening ceremony.
We started the 2024 blog post with a small ceremony with our employees this morning.
The ceremony was held in a casual mood after four years of not having a ceremony due to COVID-19.
Let's take a look.
We gathered together in an internal office rather than a separate hall or space to create a casual mood.

We started with a New Year's speech by CEO Kwanghoo Lee, followed by introductions of the New Year's plans and aspirations of the general managers representing each headquarters,
as well as those who will be in charge of the organization this year.
The head of sales, the head of research, the head of product management, and the head of strategic planning gave their remarks in order,
and the photo on the left is Seungwon Yoon, head of strategic planning, and on the right is Seokbeom Hong, head of product management.

To summarize this year's plans, aspirations, and requests of CEO Kwanghoo Lee and the heads of the headquarters,
2024 is considered to be "securing stronger internal stability based on growth and growth."
It seems to contain the most important content for MONITORAPP, which is in a period of growth.
