The compliment relay is back in April, and as I always think, time flies when it comes time to deliver it.

Then, let's see who Taehee Lee, the sales management team manager of the sales division, recommended, who was the runner of the March compliment relay?

 

April's compliment relay runner is Seungho Na from the Communication team in Marketing!!! (smiles)
Let's get right to his interview!

 

Q1. Congratulations on being selected as the Compliment Relay runner, could you briefly introduce yourself?

 

My name is Seungho Na, and I work in the Communication Team at the Marketing Headquarters.

I joined the company in September 2022, so it's been about 1 year and 7 months.

In the Communication team, I am in charge of digital marketing using various channels, writing and distributing press releases, and operating booths at exhibitions.

 

Q2. You've been working at MONITORAPP for a little less than two years. Please tell us about the culture and atmosphere of MONITORAPP.

 

I think each headquarters or team at MONITORAPP has its own mood and characteristics.

We collaborate and interact together in a variety of different atmospheres, and although we have diversity, we can feel 'respect' and 'consideration' for each other based on our core values.

I think I was able to overcome difficult situations with respect and consideration.

 

Q3. What were some of the difficult situations you faced and how did you overcome them?

 

At the beginning of my career, I had some difficulties in understanding the products and services that I had to market, and I sometimes felt stuck when I had to study enterprise security solutions without knowing them as a non-developer.

In this situation, I was able to get a lot of help from my coworkers, who gave me training and feedback on the products and services.

I would like to thank them again through this interview.

 

 

Q4. How does it feel to be selected as a Praise Relay runner after overcoming such difficulties, and what do you think was the reason for the recommendation?

 

I didn't hear anything else from Taehee Lee, who nominated me.

When I heard that I was selected, I was dumbfounded, but then I felt so happy.

Recently, I had some issues that I needed to discuss with him, and I think he looked at it favorably.

I've always gotten a lot of help from Taehee, so I've been trying to help her whenever she has a request.

I would like to say thank you again!

 

Q5. What do you most want to accomplish at MONITORAPP in 2024?

 

I want to get better at English, because my job often requires me to use English, and I still feel like I'm not good enough.

 

Q6. How would you like to see MONITORAPP grow in about 5 years and what do you wish for MONITORAPP?

 

I would like to see MONITORAPP become a global company.

I hope that everyone's hard work will pay off and we will achieve targeted growth every year and become a 'better' company.

I will do my best from my position to contribute to this.

 

Q7. Finally, what are the two keywords that you would recommend to a prospective MONITORAPP to join MONITORAPP?

 

They are 'technology' and 'welfare'.

MONITORAPP has been listed on KOSDAQ with its technology, so we have a strong technical competitiveness.

I think our welfare program is comparable to any other company as it is continuously strengthened.
