MONITORAPP closed 2024 with many remarkable achievements, from launching many new products to officially entering new markets.
One of them is the rapid expansion of the global channel partner network, affirming MONITORAPP's persistent efforts to gradually expand its business globally.
KOTRA also recognized this achievement when selecting MONITORAPP as one of the few Korean companies with outstanding results after attending international exhibition events supported by KOTRA.
We were then invited to a short interview to share our success story.
The interview took place in a cozy studio in Gangnam.
KOTRA thoughtfully provided snacks, coffee, and juice for company representatives to enjoy.
Representing MONITORAPP in the interview was Ms. Noreen Joyce Guerra, Global Business Development and Sales Manager.
Besides MONITORAPP, there were 11 other companies selected by KOTRA to participate in the interview and share their success stories.
Each company had different time frames so we have not had the opportunity to greet and discuss further with each other.
During the interview, Ms. Noreen Joyce Guerra emphasized that the Company’s greatest accomplishment in 2024 was the significant increase in the total number of global channel partners after attending international exhibitions under KOTRA’s support projects, including cooperation agreements with partners from Bangladesh, Turkey, Mauritius, etc.
Advanced technology, reasonable prices, and a diverse workforce are the three main factors we always emphasize when talking to potential partners.
The company owns a research department to develop security products and, at the same time, has competitive prices compared to other big names in the industry.
Moreover, with a diverse workforce that can communicate fluently in both English and Korean from countries such as the United States, Australia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Ghana, etc.
MONITORAPP is confident that it can provide information and technical support to partners and customers smoothly and promptly.
Sharing briefly in the interview, Ms. Noreen also emphasized the scale of the two exhibition events, the RSA Conference and GITEX Global,
which MONITORAPP participated in with the support of KOTRA projects.
While the RSA Conference is one of the world's largest cybersecurity exhibitions where leading companies and experts in the global security market participate,
GITEX Global is considered the largest technology event in the Middle East and Africa, attracting more than 6,500 companies from 180 countries.
Participating in international exhibition events is one of the important annual goals of the Company.
Selecting events suitable for MONITORAPP's cloud security platform AIONCLOUD and KOTRA’s effective support projects in parallel helped the company bring its security services closer to global end users, affirming MONITORAPP's efforts in expanding to the international market and at the same time introducing South Korea's powerful security technologies to the world.
