On February 7, 2025, we held a meeting at MONITORAPP headquarters to discuss product improvements with representatives from customers who have adopted and are operating our products.
The meeting was attended by representatives from customers who are operating AIWAF, AISWG, and AISVA products, and they communicated directly with the development team and had in-depth discussions about their experiences using the products and what needs to be improved.

This meeting provided us with an opportunity to further develop our products based on the practical experiences of our customers, and it also served as a reminder of our customer-centered service spirit.
