The category filter DB is automatically updated in real-time 24/7 in the Application Insight Cloud Center. There is no need to update the category DB manually.

Block pages cannot be customized at this time. We plan to support block page customization in the near future.

You can re-categorize category information into the correct category through the ‘Custom’ function.
Can anyone inside and outside the office use the service?
If you have access to the internet, you can use the service anytime, anywhere, on any network.
Is it necessary to configure the device to use the PAC type SWG?
It is necessary to change the PAC setting of the browser and install the root certificate. If you use the service, the browser will automatically guide you on how to use it.
Is the data stored in the SWG safe?
All HTTP and HTTPS traffic is inspected for filtering, but no data is saved if it does not violate the policy. If the security rules are violated, the detection log is recorded and the detection log is encrypted and stored safely.
