In addition to the file extension, the actual format of the file can be analyzed to detect forged extensions. Please enable the “Check extension forgery” function in the file extension filter.

Content filters and file extension filters apply to all HTTP and HTTPS, including webmail services. General mail service uses SMTP, POP3, and IMAP protocols, so SWG cannot control them.

The category filter DB is automatically updated in real-time 24/7 in the Application Insight Cloud Center. There is no need to update the category DB manually.

Block pages cannot be customized at this time. We plan to support block page customization in the near future.

You can re-categorize category information into the correct category through the ‘Custom’ function.

AIONCLOUD provides full transparency with HTTPS protocol. To identify HTTPS protocol, certificate and personal key that registered user server are required. Normally, certificates have extension such as pem, crt, p7b, pfx. AIONCLOUD supports extension for pem, crt, pfx and other extension can be changed by openssl command.

The AIONCLOUD WAF report provides information about web traffic, attack route, attack category, attacker IP, and attack’s country of origin.

If malicious code is detected on the web page by AIONCLOUD WMS, the detection notification email will be sent to the email account you set up. If you confirm the existence of malicious code in the web page, please remove the code and check the countermeasures by the code type.
