What if I need to use more than 5 domains for WMS?
You would have to contact our team through https://www.aioncloud.com/contact/ and make the request.
Is the maximum number of domains that can be registered with a single account?
You can register up to 5 domains in one account.
I have not received any authentication mail after signing up.
AIONCLOUD will send authentication mail in order to verify your account. Unverified account will not be active. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received authentication mail. Please contact AIONCLOUD Support team(support@aioncloud.com) if you did not receive any authentication mail.
Is it possible to have different plans for the same account?
Since accounts at AIONCLOUD are plan-based, it is not possible to have different plans on the same account. In order to have different sites using different plans, you require to create a separate account per plan you want to have your site on.
If I operate more than one web server, should I register the service for each web server?
No. AIONCLOUD service is based on traffic usage. All service provides the same security function and each service provides multiple web server(or domain) manage & register function. If multiple web server is registered in single service, it will automatically sum up all traffic usage.
How do you calculate the traffic usage in each service?
“Total traffic usage is sum of inbound and outbound web protocol(HTTP/HTTPS) traffic that connects to web server in protected list. Cumulative traffic in real-time is viewed on “Service” menu. What if I want to terminate my AIONCLOUD WAF service?
Before discontinuing your AIONCLOUD WAF service, please change back your DNS setting to what it was before using AIONCLOUD WAF service. What happens if I use all of the monthly traffic?
AIONCLOUD sends notification emails three times when the accumulated traffic of your service is 80%, 90%, or 100%. When the monthly traffic is used up, there will be an additional cost per each product’s traffic. Please check the PRICING page for details.
