In addition to the file extension, the actual format of the file can be analyzed to detect forged extensions. Please enable the “Check extension forgery” function in the file extension filter.

Content filters and file extension filters apply to all HTTP and HTTPS, including webmail services. General mail service uses SMTP, POP3, and IMAP protocols, so SWG cannot control them.

The category filter DB is automatically updated in real-time 24/7 in the Application Insight Cloud Center. There is no need to update the category DB manually.

Block pages cannot be customized at this time. We plan to support block page customization in the near future.
