Compliment Relay comes around every month. August is here once again, and with it, a compliment runner.
Our August compliment relay runner is. Jinhong Park, assistant manager of the Technical Support Team at the Product Management Headquarters.
Q1. How long have you been with the organization and what kind of work do you do?
Currently, I am in charge of supporting domestic and foreign channel partners as a member of the technical support team of the Product Management Headquarters.
As MONITORAPP grows steadily, my role seems to be becoming more important. :)
I joined MONITORAPP in 2017 and will be working for 6 years in 2 months.
As I and MONITORAPP continue to grow, I think it's been quite a while.
Q2. You have been working for MONITORAPP for 6 years. What is the culture and atmosphere of MONITORAPP?
If I were to say that MONITORAPP has been consistent for six years, I would like to tell you a bright and open mood that we can always communicate with.
The process of expressing and realizing opinions without hesitation seems to play a big role in making you feel a sense of belonging in MONITORAPP.
Q3. How does it feel to be selected as a Compliment Relay runner?
Well, actually, it's good to be praised anyway. When I saw the announcement that I was selected as a compliment relay runner, I thought, "Huh? Am I right?"
As i received a surprise gift, i will work harder and run for the rest of 2023!
Q4. What do you think is the reason why you were selected as a Compliment Relay Runner?
Due to my personality, I try to give more words of praise or encouragement to my colleagues.
I think this is a good impression on your colleagues. There could be other reasons. ^^
Q5. Do you have any goals for MONITORAPP and the team for 2023?
In my opinion, MONITORAPP's goal for 2023 is to actively serve customers with services such as SIA (Secure Internet Access), which was recently launched,
along with existing products, and I hope that the team will settle down well and lead the team by working hard together.
One of my roles is to induce the growth of junior employees.
Q6. How would you like to see MONITORAPP grow in the medium to long term and do you have any wishes for MONITORAPP?
Personally, I would like to see MONITORAPP become the key to Korea's information security.
I want the company to grow and become widely known to the point where we can't talk about information security without MONITORAPP.
And for this growth, I would also like to say that MONITORAPP will continue to invest and create an employee-centered culture like it is now.
Q7. What are the two keywords that you recommend joining MONITORAPP?
MONITORAPP is a company that focuses on and leads the web application field, which is essential in the security industry,
so if you are interested in the information security field, there is no better choice.
It's also a publicly traded company, having recently listed on the KOSDAQ in May!
