Hello, we'd like to introduce you to MONITORAPP's February 2025 Compliment Relay interviewee.
After Heejin Jung in January 2025, Noreen was selected as the second recipient of the February Compliment Relay.

Let's take a look at the interview with Noreen, who was selected for the February 2025 Compliment Relay.
Q1. How long have you been working at MONITORAPP and what are your responsibilities?
I have been working at MONITORAPP for about 2 years and 4 months, and I am in charge of overseas sales.
My main duties include overseas sales, finding and onboarding overseas partners and buyers, and training overseas partners.
Q2. You have been working at MONITORAPP for 2 years and 4 months, please introduce the culture and atmosphere you have experienced so far.
There is open communication with management and executives, and there is a strong sense of teamwork in all departments.
Q3. What was the best (or worst) part of your job?
- The hardest part
When I first joined the company, it was the hardest part as a foreigner because all training and communication was conducted in 'Korean/Hangul'. However, I personally studied a lot and learned a lot of things I didn't know thanks to various training programs provided by the company.
- Best part
It's great to be able to work with someone who is passionate about what they do. I enjoy working here because I learn something new every day and get a great sense of accomplishment from it.
Q4. How does it feel to be selected as a Compliment Relay runner?
I was really surprised, it was unexpected and I thought I had a lot of things to work on, but I'm happy to receive the praise!
Q5. What factors do you think contributed to your selection as a Compliment Relay runner?
I think the positive evaluation was due to the process of working and communicating with the sales management team while applying for government-funded projects. Thank you!
Q6. What do you most want to accomplish at MONITORAPP in the remaining year of 2024?
While onboarding buyers and hitting revenue targets are important, I'll be focusing on building our team's ability to thoroughly understand our technology and products and communicate them effectively to others.
Q7. Where do you see MONITORAPP in about 5 years and what do you hope for the company?
- In five years, I hope that MONITORAPP will have established a stronger presence in the global market and become an industry leader based on technology and product innovation.
- I hope to have created a culture that encourages people with diverse expertise to collaborate and provides more opportunities for learning and growth.
