It's been a long week, and it feels like we're at the end of a cold snap.

It's supposed to warm up again this weekend, and we're looking forward to the sunny spring weather.

 

The monthly compliment relay is back in March!

This is the third Compliment Relay this year, and time is flying by...

Let's see who was nominated by the February compliment relay runner, Minah Park, Head of Business Planning.

 

The March compliment relay runner is Taehee Lee, Sales Management Team, Sales Headquarters.

 

Let's take a look at her interview.

 

Q1. Congratulations on being selected as the March compliment relay runner. (Smile) Please introduce your role at MONITORAPP.

 

My name is Taehee Lee, and I am in charge of sales management and support within the sales department.

I joined the company in February 2017 and have been with MONITORAPP for about 7 years now.

 

Q2. Seven years of service seems like a long time for an employee who changes jobs frequently.

What kind of culture and mood have you experienced at MONITORAPP?

 

My experience at MONITORAPP over the years has been that everyone treats each other's opinions with respect, which leads to good communication.

It's a free and open mood, and I often see many people actively expressing their opinions and building on them to achieve good results.

 

Q3. Thank you for your kind words. How does it feel to be selected as a compliment relay runner at MONITORAPP with such a culture?

 

It's a great feeling to be the center of attention unexpectedly! I want to say thank you for thinking well of me.

Also, receiving compliments makes me more determined to do better in the future.

 

 

Q4. What do you think is the reason why you were selected as a Compliment Relay Runner?

 

I think they liked my attitude of taking responsibility for the tasks I was given, even if I wasn't perfect.

However, due to the nature of my job, I often have to ask for help from other departments, so I think I actually have more people to compliment than to receive compliments.

I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to my other coworkers.

 

Q5. Sounds like a humble statement. :) What do you most want to accomplish at MONITORAPP in 2024?

 

This year, my goal is to contribute to the sales growth of the sales division through the execution of sales and marketing tasks and participation in various government support projects.

Secondly, I am aiming to strengthen the work capacity of the sales management team and systematize work procedures by absorbing new tasks well.

I think this is a goal that must be achieved for the growth of both MONITORAPP and myself.

 

Q6. How would you like to see MONITORAPP grow in about 5 years and what do you wish for MONITORAPP?

 

I would like to see MONITORAPP continue its steep growth in the last five years and grow into a great company that is recognized in the global market.

I also hope that we will continue to listen to the voices of our employees as much as we do now as we strive for the common goal of company growth. :)

 

 

Q7. What are the two keywords that you recommend joining MONITORAPP?

 

I recommend joining MONITORAPP based on 'technology' that is competitive enough in the global market and 'people' who respect and care for each other.

I hope that the keywords I mentioned will be an opportunity for talented people to join MONITORAPP.
