In November, MONITORAPP's compliment relay went on as usual.
Taejun Roh, a associate researcher (Quality Innovation Team, Product Management Headquarters), who was a compliment relay in October, selected the November compliment relay runner. The November compliment relay runner is Mr. Nakcheon Kim, who works in the Sales Team 2 of the Sales Division. We're curious about the reason for the praise, so let's get to know Mr. Kim!Q1. Mr. Kim. Congratulations on being selected as the November Compliment Relay runner. Could you briefly introduce yourself?
hello. My name is Nakcheon Kim, and I have been working at MONITORAPP for 5 years since December 2018. Currently, I am in charge of Managed and Cloud in the Sales 2 team at the Sales Headquarters. Q2. It's been a long time since you've been here for 5 years. Please tell us about the culture and atmosphere of MONITORAPP that you have experienced over the past five years.
I think MONITORAPP values responsibility and collaborative spirit in a free atmosphere, and emphasizes collaboration and communication among employees. These elements are naturally incorporated into MONITORAPP's core values. There is also an atmosphere of working together for the growth and development of the company, which makes it easy to feel rewarded while working.
Q3. How does it feel to be selected as a Compliment Relay runner, and why do you think you were selected?
I am very honored to be selected as a Compliment Relay runner. I am also very grateful to my coworkers who have helped me to adapt and grow well at MONITORAPP. I think it's because I always try to stay optimistic and have as much fun as possible when working with people who are related to my work. :)
Q4. 2023 is just around the corner, did you accomplish your goals for this year? And what do you hope to accomplish with MONITORAPP and your team in 2024?
It's been a crazy and busy year for us. There's still a little bit of time left, so I'm going to try to work a little harder and accomplish as many goals as I can :) In 2024, I would like to contribute to stabilizing our sales by making our sales2 team revenue and processes more efficient.
Q5. How would you like to see MONITORAPP grow in the medium to long term and do you have any wishes for MONITORAPP?
I have been watching MONITORAPP since I joined the company in 2018, and MONITORAPP has improved a lot in terms of revenue growth and employee welfare. I hope that the company and employees will continue to grow together so that this positive cycle can continue, and I hope that the upcoming 2024 will be a more relaxing and enjoyable year for all members than this year.
Q6. What are the two keywords that you recommend joining MONITORAPP?
'Growth' and 'collaboration'. MONITORAPP provides a wide range of opportunities and support for its members, and fosters an environment where people feel free to speak up and collaborate.
