This month's recipient is Cheolhee Kang, Deputy General Manager of Sales Team 3, Sales Headquarters~ (smiles)

Cheolhee Kang been with us for less than a year, and you've already been selected as a Praise Relay runner.

Q1. You became a Compliment Relay runner less than a year after joining the company. Congratulations~!
Please give us a brief introduction and tell us about the culture and atmosphere of MONITORAPP that you have experienced in a short period of time.

First, hello. My name is Cheolhee Kang, and I'm working in the Sales Team 3 at the Sales Center. You mentioned that you've been working for less than a year, but it's been about 4 months now. I'm in charge of sales for Managed and Cloud.
In this short period of time, I feel that MonitorLab values responsibility and communication with related departments.

It also seems to be a place where you can feel rewarded through the atmosphere of solving issues and working together with employees.

Q2. What has been your favorite moment in your short time here?

Probably being selected as the runner of the praise relay :^^)
It's only been three months, excluding the probationary period, but I felt better because the head of the Quality Innovation Team, which is the core department of MONITORAPP, recommended me. I think I should take more responsibility in the future and work hard to solve problems with both feet~.

Q3. How do you feel about being selected as a Compliment Relay runner and why do you think it is?

I would like to say that I am sincerely grateful to my colleagues who helped me to adapt well in MONITORAPP, but I think it is also a lot of pressure to receive this award in such a short period of time. And as for the reason, um... I think it's because of my communication with related departments, my consideration for others, and my attitude of persistence and willingness to learn. I'm a bit proactive.^^

Q4. What is the goal you would like to accomplish most in MONITORAPP in the remaining year of 2024?

I'm aiming to systematize and process the work procedures of the Sales 3 team, which I'm a part of. In addition, I want to achieve the sales target of Sales 3 team!

Q5. How would you like to see MONITORAPP grow in about 5 years and do you have any wishes for MONITORAPP?

I hope that we will grow to be the number one company in the global market by improving our technology and product perfection.

I also hope that the number of people in the sales headquarters will grow to twice the current number, and we will create a good atmosphere so that we can have fun and laugh together.
