If I operate more than one web server, should I register the service for each web server?

No. AIONCLOUD service is based on traffic usage.
All service provides the same security function and each service provides multiple web server(or domain) manage & register function.
If multiple web server is registered in single service, it will automatically sum up all traffic usage.
