Hello, this is MONITORAPP!

Under the clear and crisp autumn sky, all employees of MONITORAPP and ADVANTAPP went to a special workshop together! The workshop was held at ABL Life Training Center in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do. It was a chance to get away from our daily routine, put aside our roles, communicate and unite as a true “team,” and experience firsthand the “cooperation” and “respect” that MONITORAPP values.

On the first day, we had the team-building sports competition that everyone was looking forward to!

There were various programs such as cooperative ball bouncing, limbo, and relay running, so everyone was able to participate comfortably. Employees naturally divided into teams, encouraged each other, and worked together to achieve their goals. It was also a time to get closer to colleagues who don't usually get to see each other because they are focused on their own departments, and to discover each other's strengths as we worked together. Filled with laughter and cheers, the athletic competition truly brought us together under the name of MONITORAPP.

In the evening, a small event was organized for the employees: a delicious dinner and a simple social gathering with small talk and laughter. The atmosphere was livened up by a lucky draw organized by the company. Everyone had a great time waiting for the gifts, and the employees were thrilled to receive unexpected gifts! These surprises made the evening even more meaningful, as we were able to share the joy and gratitude that we don't usually get to feel in our busy work lives.

On the second day, we invited an external lecturer to give an informative talk on “Business Manners and Communication”. The lecturer explained how developers and non-developers can better understand each other's roles and work together with practical examples, and everyone was engrossed in listening to the lecture. In particular, there were a lot of practical advice and actionable tips that could be applied immediately in the workplace. Through this lecture, employees gained a lot of insights on how to understand each other's perspectives and roles and work together more effectively.

This workshop was more than just a work training or a gathering, it was a time for everyone to experience and share the values of 'unity', 'respect', and 'cooperation' that we value at MONITORAPP. We plan to continue this kind of time in the future so that the members of MONITORAPP and ADVANTAPP can respect each other in their daily lives and grow in cooperation based on trust. With the teamwork strengthened by this workshop, we will move towards a brighter future together.
