It's 2025, and we're celebrating our 20th anniversary!
In the past, our anniversaries have been a time to reflect on the hard work of our employees who have grown the company together, and to express our gratitude to our long-term employees.
This year, we celebrated our 20th anniversary with a special theme of “20 years together, the beginning of a new challenge” and invited all of the grateful people who have helped MONITORAPP develop, and held a meaningful event with all employees.

CEO Appreciation
Mr. Kyle Lee, the founder of MONITORAPP and the current CEO of MONITORAPP, spoke in front of the employees of MONITORAPP, partners who helped the company grow, and VIP guests about the company's growth process, which was not easy.
“At the beginning of the company, I was full of confidence, and I thought we would become a global exporter in 20 years, but the reality was not easy, and numerous challenges and hardships followed.”
But thanks to our colleagues who have been with us throughout the process and our partners who have trusted and waited for us, we could not be where we are today,” he said. Since 2005, MONITORAPP has been listed on the KOSDAQ and has expanded its presence in the global market.

Recognizing longevity
Staying with a company for five or ten years is no small feat.
Every year on our anniversary, we honor our long-term employees with an award ceremony to show our gratitude and respect.
This year, we honored 8 long-term employees.

Long-term employees are recognized with awards and recognition.
For those who have been working for 5 years, we provide a reward of KRW 3 million + 1 month paid vacation + 1 gold badge to encourage and refresh them to work harder.
For employees with 10 years of service, we provide a reward of KRW 3 million + 1 month of paid vacation + 1 gold plaque + a couple's health checkup voucher to show our appreciation for their efforts and to help their families lead a more stable life through health checkups.
We would like to congratulate and thank the eight employees who received the long service awards on this anniversary.
Special recognition
For this anniversary, we have organized a special award ceremony to recognize employees who have met our core values.
MONITORAPP has eight core values: customer-centered service spirit, warm and unadorned communication, passionate camaraderie, active participation, bold challenge, full responsibility, creativity, and continuous self-improvement. Among them, five core values were selected and employees voted in advance.

Celebrations and recreation
The celebration included a performance by a dance team of Vietnamese students, including Tashia from Marketing, and congratulations from Lee Jae-yoon and Lee Seung-bi, who have a special connection to MONITORAPP.
In particular, the post-it congratulatory relay of employees celebrating MONITORAPP's 20th birthday attracted attention.
The atmosphere at the event was joyful thanks to the people who wrote sensible congratulatory comments.
And, of course, the Lucky Draw!
We held one last giveaway with prizes we thought our employees would love.
As I'm writing this, I wasn't chosen, but I'm happy to see the employees who did receive their prizes.
