We have conducted the first new hire training for 2025.
The first quarter of 2025 new employee training was held from September 2024 to February 2025.
We had 13 new employees from R&D, sales, management support, marketing, and technical support, and we had a time to greet each other before the new employee training.
After greeting the new employees, the CEO explained the vision of the company, the products of MONITORAPP, and the eight core values.
Among the eight core values of MONITORAPP, he said that “warm and unadorned communication” is particularly important.
I hope that all members of MONITORAPP can have warm and unadorned communication while being considerate of each other^^.

Everyone is listening intently and attentively^^.
After the CEO's introduction, the HR training team introduced the HR system and company culture through the MONITORAPP Life Guide.
They also answered any questions that the employees had.
After introducing the HR system and company culture by the HR training team, Mr. Youngjoong Kim,
Head of CTI Division, continued the information security training that we will follow.
MONITORAPP is a security-related company, so our employees should be more vigilant about information security and protect it well^^.
The training centered on information security damage cases of other companies, which was even more helpful.
In particular, it was very helpful to learn about ransomware damage and damage caused by email access in detail.
Everyone is focused and listening intently to the training.
After the training, we had dinner with the new recruits.
We hadn't talked to each other much because of our busy work and lack of work relatedness, but this was a time to talk a lot and get to know each other.
I hope that all 13 trainees who joined MONITORAPP and attended the new hire training will stay together for a long time as both the company and individuals continue to grow.
