It's Friday afternoon, right around the corner from the holidays, and we hope you're all enjoying the holidays with your families.
As you may know, MONITORAPP is a growing organization, and as such, our team continues to grow.
Just three years ago, we had nearly 30 more members than we do today...
New hires are onboarded naturally through the onboarding program > Onboarding Program > New Hire Training.
On Wednesday, September 11th, we held a new employee training session, so let's take a look at how it went.
In a training session with a total of 11 new hires in the 3rd quarter,
The photo above shows CEO explaining the value system, business strategy, and products, including vision.
And they're really engaged in the training.
Following Mr. Lee's presentation, the HR Training Team introduced the HR system and company culture with the MONITORAPP Life Guide.
Then, Mr. Youngjoong Kim, Head of CTI Division, gave a lecture on information security that we need to protect.
I think it was a time to understand MONITORAPP a little better.
After the training, we had dinner with all the participants, including CEO. :)
Thus, the 3rd quarter 2024 new employee training was completed, and the new employees understood the new information and system.
It was a moment to become a new MONITORAPP employee.
