Hello, We're MONITORAPP.

It's been two weeks since our interview with Compliment Relay at the end of May.

In the meantime, the weather is running toward summer, and MONITORAPP executives and employees, who are taking the next step with KOSDAQ listing, seem to be busy every day in many ways.

It's hot and busy, but MONITORAPP's "Photo shoot contest with collection" has come back every year. :)

Photo shoot contest with collection... It's not a huge event, but it has a deep meaning.

Looking at the recent various trends in society, keywords centered on me such as 'individual', 'minority', and 'I' are receiving a lot of attention.

According to this trend, it seems that when choosing an organization as an office worker, I cannot help but pay attention to the welfare system centered on benefits for me among the organizational culture.

In this situation, many companies, including MONITORAPP, are steadily operating and expanding welfare systems with temporal, physical, and economic concepts to attract outstanding talent.

Among such benefits, the best one is 'colleagues', as we have seen in various articles that many reasons for leaving the company stem from internal relationships.

Of course, social trends should be actively referenced and reflected, but I think that in the workplace, which is an organization-centered space,

the potential for growth can be unleashed when the thoughts of the individual, myself, and the organization are properly harmonized.

As long as we need communication to work, talk, and collaborate together, bonding and communication with colleagues are essential.

In this context, every year, MONITORAPP runs a photo shoot contest with a colleague that allows you to communicate and bond with your colleagues one more time in a simple way.

This year, the contest will be held as follows.

    After the event is over, we will share the photos that were submitted and introduce the best benefit of MONITORAPP, 'good colleagues'. :) I hope that each of these histories will serve as a small foundation for the growth of MONITORAPP and the bonding of our employees.   Thank you.
