A. 1.Please check whether the program can be activated when SWG is disabled. 2. If the first step is acting normally, after enable SWG and PLP bypass please check whether the program can communicate with the server. 3. If it still fails in communication please send the information (developer, program name, version) and environment (OS version) to support@aioncloud.com. We will solve the issue by analyzing it and updating the service.
