What should I do in the event of a false positive?
If a normal service has been interrupted due to a false positive, there are few ways you can deal with this. 1. Go to “Policy Setup” > “User Defined” > “IP Allowlist” and whitelist the client IP 2. Go to “Policy Setup” > “User Define” > “URL Allow list” and make a certain URL as an exception. 3. Go to “Policy Setup” > “Security” and turn off the policy that is giving you a problem.
